After years of training horses in the international
disciplines of Dressage, Jumping, Eventing and Vaulting,
Claudia Garner learned about the reason for many lameness
issues: A hoof care system that does not take the needs of
the horse into consideration.
Intrigued by the potential of this new paradigm to help
horses live a long, sound, and usable life, she set out to
study a natural trim method that was lauded to relieve
horses of most lameness issues.
Claudia closed the training barn in 2003 to study in
Canada and Germany, learning from the best in the field of
natural hoofcare.
